Your account

Create an account with a valid email address and verify it before you sign in with a password. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them.

Clinical responsibility

RadReporter is a drafting assistant. It does not make diagnoses or give medical advice, and it does not sign or release reports. You are responsible for reading, correcting and signing every report before it is used.

Your content

You are responsible for the text you submit and for having the right to submit it. Do not enter patient names or other identifiers that are not needed for the report. We process what you submit to provide the service, as described on the Privacy page.

Free trial and premium

Every account has a free trial of 75 reports. After that, premium access is arranged by email to support@radreporter.app. Usage limits apply and may change.

Acceptable use

Do not use RadReporter unlawfully, share your account, or try to disrupt or gain access to parts of the service that are not yours.
